They were very helpful with the whole process from the first phone call to filing out the application and getting him released quickly after you went to the jail and done your job.

I needed help. I saw the guy face to face and he said he didn't have time to get it done. He said he would call me later in the day after going out to a jail. He did follow up but we had a bad connection on the phone and he called from a private number so I couldn't call him back. They are short staffed I guess. This was on a Saturday and I bet if it was during the week it could have been better service.
