When I was in a situation going on 2 years ago a friend of mine was able to use PCS to make my bond from tarrant county and I can absolutely say that Christina specifically was VERY, VERY HELPFUL and always had such a great attitude and inviting energy to her. When I needed to check in she allowed me to do so by text and always got back to me QUICKLY, especially considering I worked the 7pm to 7am shift. They were very understandable if a bill came up and I couldn't make my whole payment and simply let me know to pay what I could and keep in contact with them which I did. When I completed all my payments and finished in court I assured Christina personally that anytime in the future that I needed to help someone out in reference to bond/bail they would be the ONLY company I recommend.

I had a great experience with this bail bonds company (Sonia and Karina). They were professional, quick, and very understanding of my situation. The process was explained clearly, and they made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. I truly appreciate the respect and care they showed. Highly recommend to anyone in need of their services!

I’m from out of town.
Ended up needing a bail bondsman service for a friend. I’ve never had to experience on how to handle that. I ended up with Sonya, from PCS as my representative. She was absolutely AMAZING!!! A complete God send. She was extremely understanding and helpful without judgement. She had no issue with my anxiety and over thinking, which lead to multiple phone calls…lol.. each call, she was constant, calm and reassuring. I can’t personally leave a recommendation for PCS itself, simply because I ended up just paying the bail out right BUT I’d recommend Sonya, wherever she’s at!!! She truly doesn’t understand how much she matters to people like me!
