I needed help. I saw the guy face to face and he said he didn't have time to get it done. He said he would call me later in the day after going out to a jail. He did follow up but we had a bad connection on the phone and he called from a private number so I couldn't call him back. They are short staffed I guess. This was on a Saturday and I bet if it was during the week it could have been better service.

I never leaves reviews, but this was such an unbelievably bad experiance, I felt I had to. I left them one star because I had to leave at least one to do the review, otherwise, they wouldn't have gotten any.
Terrible service. First of all, they didn't have the right information about the person's charge that I was trying to get out. And when we did get that sorted out, they couldn't be bothered to help. It was around 530 pm when I was about to pay the amount I needed to bond my loved one out. The lady who I was speaking to on the phone told me she wasn't approved to get anyone out yet. The lady who was able to doesn't like to do anything after 3 pm. The lady I spoke with called the other lady, I believe her name is Alexa, and Alexa said she was cooking dinner and she wouldn't do it. She said tell her I have dinner plans and I can go get her out tomorrow. That was unacceptable! If I was about to pay them money than I did not expect my love one to sit in jail over night. Don't bother calling them. They weren't helpful at all. I told them I would be going else where. To an establishment who actually has good work ethic and wants to help people.
We ended up going with Hill Country bailbonds and it turned out to be the best decision. They were extremely nice and genuinely helpful. They met us at the jail without hesitation and got my loved one out as quick as they could. Save your time and energy and just don't bother calling this company. I would even tell the lady who first helped me who just started working with them to run now. Find another place to work that actually treats people right.
