I had a great experience with this bail bond company. They were very nice, helpful, and incredibly patient with all of our questions during a stressful time. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood the process every step of the way. Their professionalism and kindness really made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend them to anyone needing bail bond services.

From the moment we sat down, the woman was dismissive and uninterested in helping us. She acted concerned at first, but then started asking completely outlandish questions that made it seem like she had already decided against helping before even reviewing our situation.

When I finally said, "We should probably just leave since it sounds like we won't get approved," she told us to stay and insisted on making a phone call. What's frustrating is that she had just taken another call right in front of us on speakerphone moments earlier, so there was no reason she couldn't have been transparent about what was happening.

Instead, she stepped into another room, got on the phone with the insurance company sounding upbeat and making it seem like she had good news for us, only to come back and quote us $1,000 on a $2,000 bond. The entire interaction felt misleading, unprofessional, and like a complete waste of our time.

Meanwhile, the place next door, Action Bail Bonds, provided far superior customer service. They were welcoming, respectful, eager to help, and gave us a quote of only $280 before even asking a long list of unnecessary questions. The difference in professionalism and customer care between the two businesses was night and day.

I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and honestly insulted by how we were treated.

The staff here are truly wonderful. During a really stressful time they were kind, courteous, and professional. Explained the process thoroughly and easily. The owner is very nice and happy to step in and help when he is there. Highly recommend using this business!!!!
