The lady that I talked to on the phone was awesome, but the owner Mr. Mitchell was very rude to me and cussed at me. I am 62 years old and have never been in trouble or have to deal with many bonds people, so I was asking him questions, because the lady that works with him told me to call back this morning after nine and I did and he was very rude and ugly to me, I would not recommend these people to anyone, especially if the owner is going to cuss at a customer which is what I am, I paid four thousand dollars for a bond and to get treated like he treated me was uncalled for. When I told him he didn't have to be rude to me he responded oh well I am a rude person. This was so unprofessional.

Super helpful. Never had to bail someone out of jail before and these folks made it a easy process. I live in Dallas and had a relative pass through Marlin and was arrested for a invalid license. Was able to bail out my relative while still in Dallas.
