Hill County Jail Inmates

Our family has had a crisis & I for one was lost when it came to getting someone out of trouble! Michelle is firm but a lovely person that cares! Don is a great man that knows how to run these inmates. He treats everyone respectful & always has a positive word for all. I wish I didn’t have to meet them this way but hey —it’s peeps like this that we all need ! They were a blessing to me.

I first called ABC Bail Bonds and they told me to call back in the morning. That made me very frustrated not wanting to call them back in the morning. I looked and saw Don Tutor Bail Bonds, so I called and a very friendly gentleman answered asking, "how man help you." I explained why I was calling and gave him the information he needed. He told me he would call me back in a minute and that he did. Gave me the information I needed and explain things to me I didn't understand. Also, listen to me go on and on about what happened. He did not rush me off the phone, ( around 12AM) and told me it will be around lunch time to get a bond. Really not knowing how much the bond is I am 100% going with this gentleman because he listened to me without rushing me off the phone. Thank you Don for your GREAT customer service in a Situation where people might not understand, being frustrated, and upset. You did handle my concerns with care and if I know anyone ever needing your services I will highly recommend you.
