Nobody ever like to need people and this is always a way more stressful situation than any restaurant ever could be. I honestly hesitated to leave this review. But I needed them. Railroaded and an insane bond was just so overwhelming. Other Bond companies didn't care, didn't offer me any other solutions, and I was at my end when I called.
I'm so glad I did. It's a small operation, so they don't always answer their phones. If they are with another client or on the phone, that takes priority. Yeah, it sucks when you're the one calling. But when you realize that they focus on you and not just the next check, you come to appreciate it. Highly recommend them when you need someone to come through.
