You never want to be in certain situations and unfortunately we had to deal with one with a family member. During a time like this you don’t want to be judge. I want to thank Justine for all her help during this situation. For actively listening and explaining the process. I hope to never need your services again but if we do we know who to contact.

I called the office at 2am in an absolute panic because my son was arrested. I didn’t know what to do and Liz helped me right away and made the process so easy for me considering the situation. I’ve never been through this and my son has never been in trouble so I was a mess. She took the time to answer all the questions that I had. I am not happy to be in this situation but I was very happy with the experience. I did all the paperwork online and paid over the phone, she paid the jail immediately after, and called to notify me that it was paid. Thanks Liz for making a difficult situation easy.
