The owner and everyone have been professional and transparent. They worked with me to get my loved one out right away after several places promised me they could but then for some unknown reason they wouldn’t after I spent time and resources to arrive. I’m so thankful that not only another bondsman referred me here, but that the owner personally was working and handled it expeditiously! I will always call them first, but hopefully I won’t have to anymore!

First time ever having to use a bail bonds business and I found Quick Release Bail Bonds of Rockwall and I am so glad I did. I originally talked to the owner, Glen, and he was very helpful. Honestly, I expected someone who wouldn't answer any questions I had but this was not the case. Glen answered all my questions in detail as to how the process worked and what would need to be done in the future. He was so friendly and helpful and I truly appreciated him taking the time to speak with me on a Saturday. I then talked with Renee who works in the office. She walked me through the paperwork over the phone and sent me the document to sign online. It really was an easy process. I went to their office on the following Monday with the person who I had to use their services for. She explained everything in detail and the process was quick and simple. I was hoping to meet Glen to thank him but seeing as they are open 24 hours a day, he was not in from working all night. Their service is fantastic and I highly recommend their services if you ever to get a bail bonds.

Renee and Sandy were so helpful! From the beginning Renee was right on top of it and I was able to get out much quicker then expected. Sandy was able to do all the paperwork quickly and explained everything so that I had no questions and feel comfortable going through this process. Hopefully I’ll never need to use them again personally, but will be the first call if I ever needed again.
