Jeff is completely a great guy besides the situation very respectful and willing to do what needs to be done to help you much love from me

Well I'm proud for those of you who could actually say that they work with you well as for me that wasn't the case. I had called them in the beginning of trying to get my loved one out. We kept in touch all week me letting Jeff know the trouble I was going through to come up with bail money at first it was cool but then today... So Friday I called and spoke with Mr. Cooper and he had understanding of how I only had a certain amount of money and informed me that he would work with me on Monday well this morning I called and was told well get another $140.00 because the bail was $265.00 so I made some calls got the money all but $5. So I called them back and can you believe he gonna say "well you can't come up with $5 more dollars" and I blew my top told him that was crazy after they knew I was having a hard time getting the money, my loved one is the sole bread winner, so I had no one.. well after I blew my top and thought about it I called them back and Jeff says well since you want to be rude towards me we just aren't going to help you. She far as for me I don't recommend using them unless you have money up front and evey penny of it...
